Lets start from the bottom and work our way up:

Here is our new cast iron sewer pipe in the basement:

The basement entry door has been moved from the kitchen to the dining room to maximize kitchen storage space:

Drum roll please...our much anticipated french doors!


You can see straight through from the front door in the family room to the french doors in the kitchen which really opens up the space (psst, check out the new ductwork on the left):
